This policy explains what personal information Sepia Creation collects when you use this website or book a shoot, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, email address if given, the type of service you need, your event date and whatever you write in the requirements field. When you book, we additionally collect billing details and the venue and schedule information needed to plan coverage.
Our website records standard analytics — pages viewed, approximate city, device type and referring source. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To plan and deliver photography services you have booked
- To send booking confirmations, invoices and delivery links
- To send occasional studio updates, only if you have opted in
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your photographs
Photographs from your shoot are stored on encrypted drives and a private cloud gallery for a minimum of twelve months. We will only use your images in our portfolio, website or social media if you have given written consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us — we will remove the images from our public channels within 14 days.
Sharing with third parties
We share limited information with service providers who help us operate: album printers, cloud gallery hosting, payment processors and email delivery. Each receives only what they need for that task and is bound by contract not to use it otherwise.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies to keep the enquiry form working, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for eight years as required under Indian tax law. You may ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete anything we are not legally required to retain. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled systems. No system is perfect, and we will notify affected clients promptly if a breach ever occurs.
