These terms apply to bookings made with Sepia Creation and to your use of this website. Booking a shoot means you accept them.

Bookings and advance
A date is confirmed only when a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable advance are both received. Until then, dates are offered on a first-confirmed basis, even if we have verbally discussed them with you.
Payment schedule
25% on booking, 50% seven days before the first function, and the balance 25% before final delivery of edited files and albums. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise on your quote.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- The booking advance is non-refundable in all cases.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: nothing further is payable.
- Cancellation within 60 days: 50% of the total contract value is payable.
- Cancellation within 15 days: the full contract value is payable.
- One reschedule to a date within twelve months is allowed at no extra fee, subject to our availability.
Coverage and delivery
Coverage hours are as stated in your contract; additional hours are billed at the agreed hourly rate. Express selects are delivered within 7 working days, the complete edited gallery within 4–5 weeks, and films within 8–10 weeks of the final function.
Copyright and usage
Sepia Creation retains copyright in all images and films. You receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use them for personal purposes including printing, sharing and social media. Commercial use, resale, or supplying images to a vendor for their advertising requires our written permission. Please do not apply third-party filters or crops to images credited to the studio.
Portfolio use
We may wish to use selected images in our portfolio and social media. You can decline this at signing, or withdraw permission later by writing to us.
Travel, permissions and access
For shoots outside Delhi NCR, travel and accommodation are billed at actuals. Venue entry fees, drone permissions and any location permits are the client's responsibility unless our quote says otherwise. We require a meal and a secure space for equipment at full-day events.
Limitation of liability
We carry backup bodies, cards and drives, and shoot to dual cards where the camera supports it. In the unlikely event of total equipment or media failure, or of a force majeure event preventing coverage, our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected coverage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
