Wedding Photography Cost in Delhi NCR: A Realistic 2026 Price Guide

Home / Blogs / Wedding Photography Cost in Delhi NCR: A Realistic 2026 Price Guide

Wedding photography pricing in Delhi NCR ranges from roughly ₹40,000 for a single-day, single-photographer booking to well over ₹6,00,000 for a full multi-day production with a large crew. That range is wide enough to be useless on its own, so here's what actually determines where you land in it.

The three numbers that set the price

Every quote, regardless of studio, is built from three variables: number of days covered, number of people on the crew, and what gets delivered at the end (album, film, both). Venue and guest count barely move the price directly — they move it indirectly, by determining how many functions you're running and how large a crew you need to cover them properly.

Single-day coverage — ₹40,000–₹1,00,000

Two photographers, sometimes a cinematographer, covering the wedding day only. This tier suits court marriages, small registered weddings, or couples adding photography to a single function like a reception. Expect 200–400 edited images and a short highlight film if one is included at all.

Three-day coverage — ₹1,50,000–₹3,50,000

This is where most Delhi NCR weddings actually sit: haldi/mehendi, the wedding day, and reception, with three to five people on the ground across the functions. Our own Saat Phere package sits at the middle of this band, at ₹2,45,000, with drone coverage and a 40-page fine-art album included rather than quoted separately.

Wedding photography crew covering a Delhi NCR wedding

Full celebration, multiple days — ₹4,00,000+

Sangeet through reception, both families covered simultaneously, six or more crew, a feature-length film. At this level you're also paying for redundancy — a second crew so no single function is ever left thin, and enough editors that a 1,000-image gallery doesn't take three months to turn around.

What changes the number within each tier

  • Drone coverage — usually ₹15,000–₹30,000 extra if not bundled, plus venue permission handling
  • A second photographer for the bride's and groom's sides — roughly ₹15,000–₹25,000 per day when functions run in parallel
  • Album upgrades — the jump from a standard 20-page album to a 60-page layflat fine-art album can add ₹20,000–₹50,000 on its own
  • Destination travel — billed at actuals, and worth asking whether a studio quotes it separately or buries it in a round number

The question that actually protects your budget

Ask every studio for an itemised quote, not a package price. "₹2,45,000 for three days" tells you nothing about what happens if you add a fourth function or need extra hours. A proper quote breaks down crew, hours, deliverables and add-ons as separate lines, so you can see exactly what you're trading if you need to cut the budget.
